About Me
I am a native French teacher from Brittany who is truly passionate about her mother tongue and enjoys teaching it through its grammar, vocabulary, syntax and culture.
I speak 3 languages so I understand the struggle of learning one !
Outside of work I like discovering the United Kingdom (I have a soft spot for Scotland, blame it on my Celtic roots !), going to plays, reading and watching movies.
Professional Experience
I’ve been teaching French as a Foreign Language for 10 years now.
I started my career as a French teacher at the Alliance Française of Halifax (Canada) where I was an intern.
I then got hired by the Alliance Française of Adelaide (Australia) where I taught for 3 years to various audiences and levels (beginners to advanced, 5 year olds to adults).
Finally, life brought me here : London, and after a couple of years at - you guessed it - the Alliance Française, I am now delighted to be teaching French freelance and I am also part of the French Institute’s teachers team.
Last but not least I am a judge for the TEF, TCF, DELF and DALF exams and can prepare you to sit those exams.
You can find more details on my LinkedIn profile.
