Fees must be paid beforehand.
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Should 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, unfortunately the lesson will be deducted from the student’s package of purchased lessons.
If I have to cancel a lesson for any reason, I’ll do everything I can to provide you with 24-hour notice as well.
In a case where a student fails to show up after 30 minutes for a scheduled lesson without either notifying their delay or cancelling / rescheduling, the lesson will be deducted from the student's package of purchased lessons.
